SETTLEMENT CONTINUITY ASSURANCE
Digital Reserve has operated continuously since 2020; operational continuity records are available in due diligence. Continuity assurance does not require clients to replace existing arrangements: an additional admitted and validated route can be established first, with usage extended as required. The scope of assurance is defined in the service plan.
From risk identification to extended use
Identify interruption risk
Map the receipts, supplier payments, payroll and conversion flows that depend on a single channel and assess the impact of interruption.
Complete admission and route assessment
Customer due diligence (Sumsub) and wholesale investor eligibility verification; determine currencies, counterparty locations and available routes.
Low-value validation
Validate the full process and records with a single live low-value transaction.
Periodic maintenance
Scheduled updates of documentation, contacts and limits; route drills as defined in the service plan.
Extend use as required
After validation, bring additional transaction types onto the route at the client's own pace.
What a service plan may include
Fiat and digital asset routes
Both routes can be pre-configured; coverage is defined in the service plan.
Due diligence completed in advance
Admission is completed before trading, reducing resubmission when routes are adjusted.
Corridor capacity arrangements
Corridor capacity arranged in line with the client's currencies and volumes, as defined in the service plan.
Route drills
Route availability validated with live transactions at the agreed frequency.
Incident response
Incident classification, ownership and remediation steps are recorded.
Service records
Documentation updates, contact and limit changes captured in periodic service records available for due diligence.
