LARGE-TICKET CONVERSION. A SINGLE QUOTATION, LOCKED ON CONFIRMATION.
For businesses and individuals converting digital assets into fiat, and for institutional counterparties that have completed due diligence and require fiat on- and off-ramps. Two-way quotations between BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and AUD, USD, HKD. The company deals with clients bilaterally as principal: one quotation per trade, binding on confirmation; the company provides no brokerage or exchange service.
Four stages of an OTC transaction
Quotation request
Submitted through a relationship manager or the client portal. The portal accepts requests at any time; the desk responds within service hours.
Confirmation
Quotations carry a validity period; the price is locked on client confirmation, with no splitting and no additional spread.
Delivery
Digital assets are received at a dedicated address under Fireblocks MPC wallet technology and screened by Elliptic; fiat is received and paid through the company's banking channels.
Settlement and reconciliation
Settled to a bank account or wallet address in the client's own or corporate name, with trade confirmation, conversion record and settlement record issued.
Why large tickets are executed off-exchange
Price certainty
Large orders are executed at a single locked price, limiting market impact and slippage.
Confidentiality
Transactions do not appear on a public order book, protecting trading intent and strategy.
Settlement certainty
Two-way quotations and a defined delivery process reduce partial-fill risk.
Dedicated coverage
A dedicated relationship manager throughout, with settlement arrangements tailored to the client's requirements.

Four controls verifiable in due diligence
Segregated client funds
Client funds recorded separately from the company's own funds and verifiable at account level; assets transferred to the company's accounts to settle a trade are used for transaction purposes only.
Fireblocks MPC wallet technology
Private keys are held as multi-party computation shares, with no single point of control.
Elliptic on-chain screening
All on-chain receipts are screened for address and source-of-funds risk before being credited; funds that fail screening are dealt with in accordance with applicable law, the review outcome and the service agreement.
Sumsub customer due diligence
Corporate KYB and individual KYC are fully documented; admission decisions are made by the Sydney compliance team.
